§ 34-313. Inspections; stop work; certificate of occupancy.

(a)

Inspections. The applicant shall allow city representatives to enter and inspect the premises at any reasonable time, and failure to allow inspection shall constitute a violation of this article.

(b)

Stop work; withholding certificate of occupancy. The community development department may issue a stop work order or withhold issuance of a certificate of occupancy, permits or inspections if this article is being violated and/or until the provisions of this article, including any conditions attached to a tree removal permit, have been fully met.
